Outreach Programme

The aim of the NHS London Violence Reduction Outreach Programme is to bring together existing Violence Reduction health led outreach initiatives to create a cohesive model for violence reduction that supports young people and communities impacted by violence. The vision of the Outreach Programme is under review and further exciting updates will be coming soon.
